Anaelle Rako is the founder of Dossier Intelligent (DI), an AI platform that helps Quebec artists and cultural organizations access public funding. After 15 years in the music and cultural sector (touring, royalties, career management, grant writing for various projects), she founded DI to democratize access to funding, which is too often reserved for those who know the system. Incubated at District3 (Concordia), DI has already secured nearly $500,000 for its clients, with an acceptance rate almost double the industry average.
