With a solid reputation as a vision problem solver and creative tactician, Nicole Antoine is a marketing strategist and brand manager with 10 years of experience balancing storytelling, messaging, target audience, and community, thanks to her background in law, non-profits, and retail. Through N/A and Co. Inc., she has successfully developed robust strategies for brands and corporate leaders, showcasing their identity in the corporate world. Nicole has championed diversity and inclusion for the past decade through social entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Four Brown Girls (FBG), an event management and social media facilitation company focused on connecting Black Canadians, she has hosted various digital and physical events that have empowered Black individuals through their four pillars: Sisterhood, Identity, Health, and Wealth. She is the architect behind their new signature event: BLAXPO – where top-tier Canadian companies can authentically connect with Black candidates in a space of belonging. Nicole has been recognized this year as Woman of the Year - Bay Street Bull, 100 Black women to watch - CIBWE, CBC Black changemaker and recently named a winner of the Montreal BHM Roundtable.
