Ravida Din

Senior executive and media consultant

Ravida Din is a senior executive and media consultant with extensive experience in production and strategic planning. She has held the positions of executive producer and director of English-language production at the National Film Board of Canada, producing acclaimed documentaries including The Pink Ribbon Industry (Toronto International Film Festival) and Payback (Sundance), the first film adaptation of a non-fiction work by Margaret Atwood.

Having begun her career in cultural, feminist, and community organizations, Ravida has been a pioneer in gender equality and racial equity programs. She currently serves on the board of directors of Just Vision and is pursuing a doctorate in feminist and gender studies at the University of Ottawa.
